Browsing is not a project appointment
Using the website or sending an enquiry does not by itself appoint Bella, reserve a project slot or create a design / fit-out contract.
Website Terms & Project Boundaries
These Terms & Conditions explain what using the Bella Interior Design website, reading our service and pricing pages, following an external profile or sending a project enquiry does—and does not—create between you and Bella. The website is designed to help you understand our residential and commercial interior-design capabilities, compare service routes, review project thinking and start a conversation. It is not a substitute for the project-specific quotation, proposal, scope, drawings, payment schedule, variation procedure, consultant responsibilities or signed agreement that will govern an actual design or fit-out project.
We have written these terms around the way this website actually works. Public pages may include budget guidance, authority information, temporary third-party reference imagery, links to external platforms and descriptions of Bella services. Those materials are there to help you make an informed first decision; they should not be read as a guaranteed price, guaranteed approval, guaranteed programme, engineering certification or automatic promise that every service shown on the website is included in your individual project.
The Short Version
These summaries make the page easier to use, but the detailed sections below remain part of the Terms.
Using the website or sending an enquiry does not by itself appoint Bella, reserve a project slot or create a design / fit-out contract.
Published price ranges and worked examples help with early budgeting. Your written quotation controls the actual project price and inclusions.
A signed or accepted project-specific proposal, contract, variation, schedule or agreed scope prevails over general website wording where they differ.
Authority, landlord, structural, MEP, fire, acoustic, AV, pool, landscape and other specialist responsibilities must be expressly included or separately appointed.
Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.
1. Scope of These Website Terms
These Terms apply when you access, browse or use bellainteriordesign.com, submit an enquiry through the website, use website-provided contact links, or follow Bella's links to public profiles and third-party resources. By continuing to use the website after having a reasonable opportunity to read these Terms, you agree to use the site in accordance with them.
These Terms are deliberately separated from the commercial agreement for an interior-design, fit-out, procurement, project-management, FF&E, landscape, consultation or other professional service. If you become a client, the project-specific documents agreed with you will define the actual services, deliverables, price, payment terms, revision allowances, programme, procurement responsibilities, cancellation / suspension rules, ownership / licence rights in project documents, warranties and dispute arrangements.
If there is a direct inconsistency between these Website Terms and an expressly agreed project-specific document, the project-specific document will normally govern the project issue to which it relates, subject always to mandatory law.
2. Enquiries, Messages & Electronic Communications
When you submit a form, call, email or use WhatsApp through the website, you are asking Bella to review the information and respond. Bella may need a floor plan, property location, measurements, site photographs, project type, target date, budget expectations or other information before deciding whether the project fits our availability and scope.
An automated reference number, form-success screen, acknowledgement email, WhatsApp delivery receipt or reply confirming that your enquiry was received is not, by itself, acceptance of a project, confirmation of a price or reservation of a design / construction slot.
Electronic communications can form part of a later transaction where the parties clearly agree to that effect. UAE legislation recognises electronic transactions and trust services, but this website does not treat every message or click as a signed design contract. Where formal acceptance is required, the applicable proposal, quotation, contract, electronic acceptance process or other project document will identify it.
3. Website Information, Service Descriptions & Availability
Bella publishes detailed pages for residential, commercial, specialist and location-specific interior-design services. Those pages are intended to explain typical problems, possible deliverables, design considerations, local conditions and routes a project may take. They do not mean every listed deliverable is automatically included whenever you contact Bella.
A project may need only space planning and concept design, or it may require technical drawings, procurement, authority coordination, specialist consultants, fit-out and final installation. The written proposal identifies which responsibilities Bella accepts for your project.
We try to keep website information clear and current. Interior products, authority procedures, supplier availability, lead times, legislation, fees, building-management rules and market prices can change. Where a website page gives a current authority or pricing reference, verify the final requirement or rate at the point your project is being contracted or submitted.
4. Website Pricing, Cost Guides & VAT
Many service and location pages include 2026 design-fee, fit-out, furniture, joinery, landscape or renovation ranges from market references. These figures are intentionally described as planning guidance rather than Bella's fixed tariff. They help you understand the scale of investment that may be realistic before a measured scope exists.
Actual fees and project costs can change with property size, existing condition, amount of demolition, specification level, bespoke joinery, MEP changes, structural work, approvals, consultant input, furniture, imported products, logistics, programme, site restrictions, VAT and other project-specific requirements.
Unless a page expressly says otherwise, a public website price should not be assumed to include professional consultants, authority / landlord fees, deposits, statutory charges, structural or MEP engineering, specialist AV / acoustic / pool / landscape engineering, furniture, appliances, art, transport, storage, installation, customs or taxes.
Where VAT is applicable, the project quotation / invoice will state the treatment. The website's references to the UAE standard 5% VAT rate are general tax context, not individual tax advice.
5. Project-Specific Agreements
Where you appoint Bella, your project documents should identify the scope and commercial rules with enough clarity that both sides know what is included.
The project documents should identify rooms / areas, stages, drawings, visualisations, schedules, procurement or site services included and important exclusions.
Professional fees, fit-out amounts, procurement charges, payment milestones, VAT treatment and any reimbursable expenses are project-specific.
Revision rounds, design approvals and the procedure for changes after approval should be stated in the proposal / contract. Late changes can affect fees, procurement and programme.
Design and construction dates depend on information, approvals, decision speed, suppliers, site access and specialist work. A project programme is confirmed separately from general website timelines.
Furniture, stone, joinery, lighting and imported products are released against project approvals, availability and supplier terms. Substitute products may need approval if originals become unavailable.
Any right to cancel, suspend or terminate a project, and the financial effect of doing so, is governed by the applicable project agreement and mandatory law.
6. Information We Need From You
You are responsible for providing information you reasonably know is relevant to the project, such as ownership / tenant status, landlord or community rules, available drawings, known defects, previous alterations, access restrictions, existing services, items that must be retained and any deadline that cannot move.
If dimensions, drawings or technical information supplied by you or another party are incomplete or inaccurate, Bella may need to remeasure, redesign or revise the affected work. The project agreement determines how additional work or delay is handled.
Where a decision requires your approval—layout, material, sample, furniture, quotation, variation or other selection—you should review it carefully. Approving an item authorises the project team to proceed on the basis of that approval subject to the project-specific terms. Changes after release can create cancellation, restocking, fabrication or rework costs.
7. Authorities, Consultants, Contractors & Specialist Systems
Some projects require licensed architectural, structural, civil, MEP, fire / life-safety, acoustic, AV, lighting-control, pool, landscape, kitchen, security, sustainability or other specialist input. Bella's website may discuss these disciplines because they affect interior design, but discussion does not mean statutory design, certification or specialist calculation is included.
Similarly, landlord, developer, free-zone and government approvals depend on the actual property, proposed work, licensed applicant, supporting documents and the authority's review. Bella can support or coordinate approval information where appointed, but no website statement guarantees that an authority, landlord, developer or third-party reviewer will approve a proposal.
If you appoint a contractor, consultant, supplier or specialist directly, their own contract and professional responsibility remain separate unless Bella's project documents expressly say otherwise.
8. Drawings, Renderings, Samples & Natural Variation
Renderings communicate design intent, proportion, colour and material relationships. Screens, lighting calculations, manufacturing tolerances and natural materials mean the completed result can vary from a rendered image.
Stone, timber, veneer, leather, fabric, handmade finishes and other natural / batch-produced materials can vary in colour, grain, veining, texture and pattern. A small sample cannot represent every part of a large installation.
Concept or presentation drawings should not be used as construction documents unless they are expressly issued for that purpose. Contractor shop drawings, specialist drawings and verified site dimensions may still be required.
Supplier photographs can differ from delivered products due to screen display, batch, model updates, photography or availability. Final project selections are confirmed through the agreed procurement process.
9. Website Images, Portfolio Proof & Editorial References
The website contains Bella-owned / locally supplied image assets and, on some research-led service, style or location pages, temporary third-party images used as visual references. Where those third-party references are stored in the database, the page data includes source information and descriptive ALT / title text so the image can later be replaced with Bella-owned or appropriately licensed work.
A third-party reference image should not be interpreted as a claim that Bella designed, built or photographed that specific project unless the page expressly identifies it as Bella work. Likewise, a project narrative, client relationship or testimonial should be read only in the context in which the website presents it.
If you believe website material infringes your copyright or other rights, contact Bella with the URL, a description of the material, your relationship to the rights and a practical way for us to verify the request.
10. Intellectual Property & Permitted Website Use
Website text, page structure, original graphics, branding, code, database-curated presentation and Bella-owned imagery are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Some photographs, platform marks, fonts, research references and linked materials may belong to third parties and remain subject to their own rights.
You may view, print or save reasonable extracts for your own private project evaluation or internal business decision-making. You may not copy substantial parts of the website for commercial republication, remove source / rights notices, reproduce Bella branding in a misleading way, sell the content, or present Bella's written design guidance as your own service without permission.
Rights in project-specific drawings, 3D visuals, specifications, schedules and other professional deliverables are governed by the project agreement. These Website Terms do not independently transfer design copyright or grant a construction licence for project documents.
11. Acceptable Website Use
12. External Links, Social Profiles & Third-Party Platforms
The website contains links to social platforms, profile directories, review services, image sources, suppliers, authorities, publications and other external websites. Those sites operate under their own terms, privacy notices, availability and security practices.
A link is not an unconditional endorsement of every statement, product, service or policy on the destination website. External information can also change after Bella links to it.
When you leave bellainteriordesign.com, review the destination's current terms and privacy practices before submitting information or entering a transaction.
13. Privacy & Website Data
Bella's Privacy Policy explains the information the website collects when you submit an enquiry or interact with tracked calls-to-action, the browser storage used by the site, IP handling, retention, security measures, third-party resources and the privacy choices available to visitors.
These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy. If you submit a project enquiry, the website requires privacy consent server-side before storing the enquiry.
14. Website Availability, Errors & Changes
Bella may update, reorganise, correct, suspend or remove website pages, content, links or functionality when needed. We may also publish new services, pricing references or location guidance over time.
Temporary outages can result from hosting, maintenance, software updates, network issues, security incidents, third-party services or circumstances outside Bella's control. If you need time-sensitive project information, contact Bella directly rather than relying only on website availability.
If a page contains a clear typographical, calculation, data-entry or publishing error, Bella may correct it. An obvious website error does not create a right to require a service at an unintended price or on an unintended scope, subject to applicable mandatory law.
15. Reliance, Warranties & Liability
General website content is provided to explain Bella's services and help with early project decisions. You should not use a blog-style explanation, cost guide, design example, authority note or FAQ as a substitute for measured drawings, engineering advice, statutory approval, supplier confirmation or a project-specific contract where those are required.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bella does not warrant that general website content will be complete for every property, current in every third-party detail at every moment or suitable as construction instructions for a project that Bella has not specifically reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, statutory duties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any project-specific limitation, warranty or remedy provisions are governed by the applicable project agreement and mandatory law rather than by a generic website disclaimer.
16. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Supply-chain disruption, severe weather, authority delays, building-access restrictions, labour or transport disruption, import constraints, utility outages, civil emergencies and similar events can affect design, procurement or fit-out programmes. The legal and commercial consequences of those events for an active project are governed by the relevant project contract and applicable UAE law.
The UAE's current Civil Transactions Law contains updated rules for contractual obligations and contracts of works. These Website Terms do not attempt to replace those statutory rules or the detailed risk allocation in a signed project agreement.
17. Restricting Website Access
Bella may block or restrict access to the website, enquiry endpoints or other functionality where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent abuse, respond to unlawful activity, maintain service stability or comply with legal obligations.
Restricting website access does not by itself terminate an existing project contract. Any active project relationship continues to be governed by its own terms.
18. Changes to These Terms
Bella may update these Terms when the website, services, legal environment or business practices change. The effective / last-reviewed date at the top of the page will be updated when the core terms are materially revised.
Changes to public Website Terms do not automatically rewrite a signed project contract unless the project contract expressly allows that result.
19. UAE Legal Framework & Disputes
Bella is Abu Dhabi-based, and these Website Terms are intended to operate under applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates together with any local rules that apply to the relevant issue. The UAE introduced a new Civil Transactions Law in 2026, including updated rules concerning contractual obligations and contracts of works.
Electronic communications and electronic transactions are also addressed by Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services. Where a transaction is conducted through modern technology, Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 concerning Modern Technology-Based Trade may also be relevant. Consumer relationships remain subject to applicable consumer-protection legislation, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and its executive regulations where those laws apply.
Nothing on this page is intended to displace a mandatory rule of law. For an actual design / fit-out project, the governing-law, dispute-resolution or court provisions stated in the signed project agreement will apply to that project to the extent legally effective. If there is no project agreement governing a website-use dispute, the competent UAE authority or court will be determined under applicable law.
This page is a website-use and project-boundary document prepared around Bella's current website and service model. It is not individual legal advice. Project contracts, employment matters, supplier agreements and other business arrangements should be reviewed separately where legal advice is required.
20. Questions About These Terms
Use the active Bella project-enquiries contact below for a question about these Terms, a website statement, pricing guidance, image attribution or how the website relates to a proposed project.
Terms FAQs
No. An enquiry asks Bella to review the opportunity and respond. A project is accepted only through the project-specific acceptance process, such as an agreed proposal, quotation, contract or other written confirmation.
Usually no. Many published prices are clearly labelled planning benchmarks or market references. Your actual project price comes from the written quotation based on scope, size, condition, specification, approvals, consultants, procurement and programme.
For the project issue in question, the expressly agreed project-specific document normally takes priority over general website wording, subject to mandatory law.
No. Authority, landlord, developer and free-zone approvals depend on the actual project, documents, licensed applicants and the reviewing body. Bella can support or coordinate them when included in scope, but cannot guarantee another authority's decision.
Not automatically. Bella coordinates interior-design interfaces, but licensed structural, MEP, fire, acoustic, AV, pool, landscape or other specialist design must be expressly included or separately appointed where required.
No. Website images and illustrations are for information and evaluation. Project drawings may only be used according to their issue status and the rights granted by the project-specific agreement.
No. The website uses Bella / local assets and, on some research-led pages, temporary third-party reference images with source information. A reference image is not a claim that Bella designed that specific property unless the page expressly says so.
You may save reasonable extracts for private evaluation, but substantial commercial republication, resale or presenting Bella's original website content as another company's work requires permission and may infringe intellectual-property rights.
Bella's separate Privacy Policy explains enquiry data, browser storage, optional first-party interaction analytics, IP handling, retention, security and visitor privacy choices.
No. Cancellation, suspension, termination, refund and payment consequences for a client project are governed by the applicable quotation / contract and mandatory law.
These Website Terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. A signed project agreement may contain more specific governing-law and dispute provisions for that project.
Contact Bella through the active phone, WhatsApp or email shown on this page and provide the URL or screenshot of the statement you want clarified.
From Website Research to a Real Scope
