Holiday Home Interior Design Dubai

Holiday Home & Airbnb Interior Design Dubai

Bella Interior Design creates holiday home and Airbnb interiors in Dubai for studios, apartments, penthouses, townhouses and villas that need to photograph well, work intuitively for short-stay guests and remain practical through repeated check-ins, cleaning and maintenance. We can take your property from layout review and guest-profile planning through furniture, mattresses, curtains, lighting, kitchenware, owner storage, durable materials, styling, 3D visualization, procurement, installation, DET-aware furnishing checks, renovation and turnkey setup, with the scope built around your exact community, unit size, target guest, current condition, furnishing budget and launch date.

A Downtown Dubai one-bedroom aimed at couples and business travellers should not be furnished like a family rental in Dubai Hills, a compact JVC studio, a sea-view apartment in Dubai Marina, a Palm Jumeirah penthouse or a villa in Arabian Ranches. The design needs to reflect the guest profile, stay pattern, view, luggage route, sleeping capacity, dining capacity, work needs, building access, cleaning routine and local holiday-home requirements. We start with the operating model first, then create the visual identity around the things guests will actually use, notice and photograph.

Design the Stay Before You Buy the Furniture

What should this Dubai short-term rental do better than the competing listing next door?

A holiday home is not simply a private apartment with extra towels. Every room has to explain itself quickly to an unfamiliar guest, look clear in listing photographs, survive luggage and frequent cleaning, and reset without housekeeping spending time rebuilding the styling after each stay.

01

The listing looks generic online

We create one or two recognisable visual anchors—such as the living room, bed wall, balcony or dining zone—while keeping the overall scheme consistent. The goal is not decorative clutter; it is a strong first photo, coherent secondary images and a property guests can recognise when they scroll.

02

The apartment sleeps people but cannot host them comfortably

Beds, lounge seats, dining seats, bathrooms, luggage space and kitchen capacity should make sense together. A sofa bed may be useful, but we do not let a nominal sleeping number dictate an overcrowded layout or conflict with the property's approved holiday-home configuration.

03

Guests have nowhere to work or charge devices

In Business Bay, Downtown, Dubai Marina, JLT and Dubai Hills, business and blended leisure stays are common use cases. A compact desk, dining/work surface, bedside sockets and visible charging points can add more practical value than another decorative chair.

04

Housekeeping has nowhere to put linen and stock

Guest wardrobes should not become housekeeping stores. We identify a lockable owner or operations cupboard for linen reserves, toiletries, cleaning items, small replacements and maintenance stock so the unit can be replenished without exposing operational clutter.

05

Furniture is photogenic but fails under turnover

We prioritise stable frames, replaceable or cleanable upholstery where practical, washable rugs, durable table edges, easy-to-wipe finishes and outdoor furniture suited to Dubai sun. Delicate pieces are reserved for low-touch focal moments rather than every room.

06

The owner starts furnishing before understanding DET criteria

Dubai's current holiday-home guide contains real furnishing and technical criteria—including Wi-Fi, blackout or privacy treatment, living and dining capacity, beds and mattresses, wardrobes, safe boxes, linen, kitchen equipment, emergency tools and smart-lock requirements. We review the furnishing plan against the current guide before treating the setup as finished.

Airbnb Interior Design Services Dubai

Seven decisions separate a guest-ready rental from a normal furnished apartment.

The interior has to serve the guest, the listing photographs and the operator at the same time. These decisions keep the design commercially useful without pretending interior design alone can guarantee occupancy or nightly rate.

01

Guest profile

A business traveller, couple, family with children and premium leisure group use the same square footage differently. We decide who the property is primarily for before choosing bed arrangements, dining, workspaces and amenities.

  • Couple / solo / family / group
  • Business vs leisure
  • Average stay pattern
  • Child-friendly requirements
  • Premium vs value positioning
02

Photo hierarchy

The main spaces are planned to read clearly in wide listing photos. Furniture should frame the view and room proportions rather than create a dense foreground of small objects.

  • Hero living view
  • Bed wall
  • Dining / kitchen view
  • Balcony / skyline angle
  • Bathroom clarity
03

Sleep quality

Mattress quality, blackout, bedside light, charging, luggage position, wardrobe usability and AC comfort influence the stay more directly than decorative accessories.

  • Supportive mattress
  • Blackout / privacy
  • Bedside surfaces
  • Charging access
  • Luggage position
04

Durability + cleanability

Materials are assessed for sunscreen, food, luggage, repeated wiping, strong daylight, cleaning chemicals and replacement cost. Hospitality thinking matters even when the property remains residential.

  • Stain resistance
  • Replaceable covers
  • Repairable finishes
  • Low-maintenance rugs
  • UV-aware fabrics
05

Capacity that feels honest

Dining, lounge seating, bedrooms and bathrooms are coordinated with the intended and permitted guest profile. We avoid designing a room around an exaggerated booking capacity that damages comfort and photography.

  • Beds
  • Dining seats
  • Lounge seats
  • Bathroom demand
  • Circulation
06

Turnover + owner storage

The faster a property resets, the easier it is to operate consistently. Locked owner storage, spare linen, accessible cleaning stock and minimal fragile décor reduce housekeeping friction.

  • Owner cupboard
  • Spare linen
  • Consumables
  • Cleaning access
  • Replacement stock
07

DET + building requirements

Holiday-home operation and interior construction are separate compliance layers. DET requirements affect furnishing and operation; fixed alterations may also need building or developer approval. We keep those decisions distinct so one permit is not assumed to cover everything.

  • Holiday-home permit route
  • Classification criteria
  • Smart-lock requirement
  • Emergency equipment
  • Building alteration rules

Dubai Holiday Home Layouts

The right short-stay layout changes with unit size, area and target guest.

Dubai's strongest holiday-home areas cover very different floor plates and guest expectations. We design around the actual unit rather than forcing every Airbnb into the same beige-sofa package.

Studio / 350–550 sq ft

JVC, Business Bay & Marina Studio Holiday Homes

Compact studios need a clear sleeping identity without losing the main window. We use full-height storage, low visual weight, a compact work/dining surface and sliding or reeded-glass zoning where the plan supports it. Murphy systems can be useful, but only when the mechanism, maintenance and guest instructions are robust enough for frequent use.

Downtown Dubai & Business Bay One-Bedroom Rentals

One-bedroom units need a strong social zone plus a bedroom that feels private and hotel-like. We orient living furniture toward the best view, keep the entry uncluttered, provide a genuine dining or work position, and design the bedroom around blackout, luggage, wardrobe use and easy bedside charging.

Dubai Marina, JBR & Emaar Beachfront Family Rentals

Two-bedroom rentals often serve couples sharing, families or small groups. We coordinate living and dining capacity, use flexible secondary-bedroom sleeping where sensible, protect balcony circulation and specify finishes that tolerate wet swimwear, luggage and stronger waterfront sunlight.

Dubai Hills attracts family and longer-stay profiles as well as leisure guests. A warmer, practical scheme can use washable textiles, dining that actually fits the guest group, flexible bedrooms, child-aware furniture edges and a stronger pantry / laundry setup than a short city-break studio.

What Holiday Home & Airbnb Interior Design Dubai Can Include

Choose a furnishing package, design-led setup or deeper renovation based on the unit you actually have.

A stock-led furniture package and a fully designed short-term-rental transformation are not the same product. We define design, procurement, appliances, operating supplies, installation and construction separately so the owner knows exactly what is included.

01

Guest profile + layout

Set the operating logic before shopping begins.

  • Target guest and positioning brief
  • Floor-plan and circulation review
  • Sleeping, lounge and dining capacity
  • Workspace / vanity / luggage planning
  • Balcony and view orientation
  • Owner / housekeeping storage strategy
02

Furniture + FF&E

Select pieces for comfort, photography and repeat use.

  • Sofas, armchairs and occasional tables
  • Beds, mattresses and bedside furniture
  • Dining and breakfast seating
  • Desks / work surfaces where appropriate
  • Rugs, mirrors, art and decorative lighting
  • Balcony / terrace furniture
03

Bedrooms + sleep setup

Make every bedroom intuitive for someone using it for the first time.

  • Bed-size and mattress strategy
  • Blackout / privacy curtains
  • Bedside lighting and charging
  • Wardrobe / hanger / shelf organisation
  • Safe-box location coordination
  • Luggage bench or luggage-clear floor area
04

Kitchen + OSE

Give guests enough equipment without turning the cabinets into a warehouse.

  • Cookware and basic utensils
  • Tableware and glassware
  • Microwave / small-appliance planning
  • Coffee / tea setup
  • Waste-bin and cleaning organisation
  • Operating supplies and equipment schedule where included
05

Durability + turnover

Reduce replacement and housekeeping friction.

  • Performance upholstery
  • Easy-clean rugs and finishes
  • Washable / repairable wall surfaces
  • Spare-linen storage
  • Locked owner / operator cupboard
  • Replacement list for vulnerable items
06

Styling, installation + launch readiness

Bring the property together after the functional layer is complete.

  • Delivery and installation coordination
  • Final accessory editing
  • Photo-facing styling
  • Room-by-room snagging
  • DET-furnishing checklist review within design scope
  • Photography preparation / styling coordination where appointed

Holiday-home licensing, property management, channel management, housekeeping, dynamic pricing, guest communications and revenue management are separate services unless specifically included. Interior design can improve usability, durability and listing presentation, but it cannot guarantee occupancy, nightly rate, ranking or review scores.

Dubai Airbnb Interior Design Process

Move from target guest and DET-aware furnishing to procurement, installation and a photo-ready handover.

The quickest reliable setup is not the one that orders furniture first. It is the one that locks the guest profile, unit capacity, room roles, budget and essential compliance items before money is spread across dozens of suppliers.

01

Brief the rental

We collect the Dubai community, building, unit type, floor plan, intended holiday-home positioning, target guest, current condition, items to retain, approximate budget and launch date.

Output: guest + commercial brief
02

Audit the property

We review dimensions, fixed finishes, glazing, balcony, sockets, lighting, AC, kitchen, wardrobes and owner-storage opportunities before furniture sizes are approved.

Output: design basis + retain / replace list
03

Set layout + capacity

Beds, sofa, dining, work surface, luggage, circulation and balcony access are coordinated with the intended guest profile and the property's holiday-home configuration.

Output: approved furniture layout
04

Develop the visual direction

We select the palette, materials, furniture language, lighting and hero moments around the specific Dubai area and listing position.

Output: concept + key visuals
05

Build the furnishing + OSE schedule

Furniture, curtains, rugs, lights, mattresses, linen, kitchenware, safety items and owner-storage components are itemised so nothing critical is discovered after the furniture truck arrives.

Output: procurement schedule
06

Coordinate DET-aware requirements

We cross-check the relevant furnishing and technical criteria in the current DET holiday-home guide and flag operational items that sit outside the interior-design scope.

Output: furnishing / compliance review
07

Deliver + install

Furniture, curtains, accessories and equipment are installed in sequence around building access, lift bookings and supplier deliveries.

Output: guest-ready physical setup
08

Snag + style for photography

We reduce clutter, position accessories, verify room usability and prepare the main listing angles so the photography shows the actual guest experience clearly.

Output: photo-ready holiday home

Dubai Short-Term Rental Space Constraints

A holiday home has to fit guests, luggage and housekeeping inside a residential floor plate.

High-rise layouts in Dubai Marina, JBR, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, JVC and Emaar Beachfront often include fixed columns, deep AC bulkheads, narrow entries and limited storage. Short-stay design has to solve those constraints without adding fragile complexity that is difficult to maintain.

Palm Jumeirah serviced apartment with compact dining, breakfast bar, open kitchen and low-profile living room furniture
01

Structural columns should become part of the composition

Instead of losing more floor area by boxing every column heavily, we can use controlled cladding, mirrors, art or shallow joinery to make it visually deliberate while preserving usable circulation.

02

Entry corridors need luggage clearance

A deep console or decorative floor vase can be a daily obstacle when two guests arrive with suitcases. Narrow entries work better with shallow ledges, mirrors, hooks and concealed shoe / utility storage.

03

Balcony access should stay obvious

Do not create a beautiful living-room photograph that forces guests to squeeze behind the sofa to reach the balcony. The balcony route is treated as a primary circulation path in Marina, JBR, Palm, Bluewaters and Emaar Beachfront units.

04

Fixed ceilings and FCUs need maintenance access

Decorative ceilings, curtain pockets and lighting should not block AC access panels or create a maintenance problem for the operator between stays.

05

Owner storage must be safe and permitted

Lockable operator storage is useful, but it should be located inside suitable approved storage or joinery. We do not assume balcony cupboards can be added behind AC equipment; external alterations, ventilation and building rules must be checked first.

06

Flexible beds should still feel like real beds

Zip-and-link or twin-to-king arrangements can help a family rental, but mattress quality, bed frames, linen and housekeeping procedures need to support the change. Flexibility is only useful when the guest experience remains consistent.

07

Furniture edges and stability matter

Round dining tables, softened corners and stable coffee tables can reduce bumps in compact family rentals. The goal is not to make every property childproof, but to remove avoidable hazards created by tight circulation.

08

Do not over-furnish the photo

Negative space is operationally useful. Guests need somewhere to put a suitcase, shopping bag or stroller. A room that looks 'full' in the listing can feel much smaller after personal belongings arrive.

Dubai DET Holiday Home Requirements That Affect Interior Design

Holiday-home licensing and interior fit-out are separate—but the DET guide affects real furnishing decisions.

Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism regulates holiday homes under Decree No. 41 of 2013, the 2020 implementing bylaw and the current DET user / regulation guidance. The latest DET user guide available on the Department's site states that holiday homes are furnished units designated for the activity and sets technical equipment and classification criteria. Airbnb's current responsible-hosting guidance also requires a Dubai Holiday Home Permit number to be added to a listing once the unit is registered.

The current DET guide includes practical interior requirements such as Wi-Fi, curtains or blackout, living-room seating and dining, beds and modern mattresses, bedside table and lamp, wardrobe / storage, a safe box in each studio and main bedroom, spare bed linen, bathroom essentials, kitchen equipment and utensils, emergency tools, adequate lighting and a displayed unit / classification / permit information board. It also states that holiday homes must comply with SIRA requirements for SIRA-approved smart locks connected to the Keyless system.

DET currently classifies Holiday Homes as Standard or Deluxe. Its guide also states Tourism Dirham at AED 10 per room per night for Standard and AED 15 per room per night for Deluxe. Those operating charges and licensing obligations are not Bella design fees, but they matter when an owner is planning the rental model and classification target.

  • Confirm the owner / licensed operator and DET Holiday Home Permit route
  • Check the current DET technical and classification criteria before procurement
  • Provide Wi-Fi and compliant guest-use essentials
  • Plan blackout / privacy curtains from the start
  • Coordinate living and dining capacity with the licensed unit type
  • Provide appropriate beds, mattresses, bedside furniture and wardrobe storage
  • Allow a safe-box location for each studio / main bedroom as required
  • Include first aid and required emergency tools in the operating setup
  • Coordinate the current SIRA-approved smart-lock / Keyless requirement with the operator
  • Keep DET holiday-home operation separate from building / developer renovation NOCs
  • Check building rules before fixed joinery, electrical, ceiling, balcony or MEP alterations
  • Review the current DET guide again before launch because the Department states it may be updated

Holiday Home Colours & Materials Dubai

Choose a memorable palette that photographs well without making maintenance difficult.

Holiday-home colour has two jobs: it should look recognisable in listing photographs and remain forgiving through high guest turnover. The palette should therefore work with the existing floor, kitchen, curtains and exterior view before a strong accent colour is introduced.

RAL, Pantone and HEX values can help communicate direction digitally, but physical samples under the apartment's actual daylight are still required before paint, upholstery, metal or joinery is approved.

Holiday Home & Airbnb Interior Design Dubai Cost 2026

The real budget depends on whether you are buying a furniture package or commissioning a designed, guest-ready asset.

Dubai's 2026 holiday-home market shows a very wide spread because 'furnishing package' can mean only furniture and basic assembly, while a design-led turnkey setup can include custom pieces, curtains, linen, kitchenware, lighting, styling, appliances, photography and minor fit-out. Current supplier pricing starts below AED 20,000 for some stock-led studio packages, while more comprehensive mid-spec packages commonly sit around AED 25,000–45,000 for studios, AED 35,000–55,000 for one-bedroom units and AED 55,000–90,000 for two-bedroom units. Design-led premium Airbnb projects can run materially higher, especially in Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters and large waterfront units.

2026 Dubai planning bands

Compare like-for-like scope before comparing package prices.

  • Stock-led furniture package: current Dubai supplier starting prices can be approximately AED 14,000–23,000 for a studio and approximately AED 18,000–28,000+ for a 1-bedroom, depending on range and exclusions
  • Mid-spec guest-ready furnishing: approximately AED 25,000–45,000 studio; AED 35,000–55,000 1-bedroom; AED 55,000–90,000 2-bedroom; AED 90,000–140,000 3-bedroom in current UAE turnkey package guidance
  • Premium / boutique furnishing: approximately AED 45,000–65,000 studio; AED 55,000–80,000 1-bedroom; AED 90,000–135,000 2-bedroom; AED 140,000–200,000 3-bedroom in current package guidance
  • Design-led Airbnb refresh: current 2026 Dubai market examples place studios around AED 15,000–40,000 where the scope focuses on furniture, soft furnishings, accessories and staging
  • Design-led 1-bedroom Airbnb fit-out / furnishing: current market examples commonly span approximately AED 40,000–90,000 depending on specification and what is included
  • Design-led 2-bedroom Airbnb fit-out / furnishing: approximately AED 70,000–150,000 in current Dubai examples
  • Luxury 3-bedroom+ Airbnb / holiday home: approximately AED 150,000–400,000+ for design-led furnishing and staging; heavily customised projects can move beyond this
  • General Dubai design-only benchmark: full-apartment design commonly plans around AED 15,000–60,000+ if design drawings / 3D / specifications are commissioned separately from furniture and construction
  • If the property needs real renovation rather than furnishing, current Dubai construction guidance is roughly AED 75–150 per sq ft for a light refresh, AED 200–400 per sq ft for mid-spec works and AED 600+ per sq ft for luxury fit-out, with loose furniture and appliances potentially separate
  • White goods, TVs, curtains, mattresses, kitchenware, linen, balcony furniture, smart locks, safety items, delivery, installation and photography are not included in every package—check the proposal line by line
  • UAE standard-rate VAT is 5% where applicable
Programme is shaped by

Stock availability can make a holiday home fast; customization makes it a design project.

  • A pure stock-led package can sometimes be delivered and assembled in days once access is available
  • Current Dubai Airbnb turnkey specialists advertise complete guest-ready setups from roughly 14–20 working days for defined stock-led scopes
  • A design-led studio or 1-bedroom with custom curtains, feature walls and multiple suppliers commonly needs several weeks
  • Current premium Airbnb design references quote roughly 4–7 weeks for studios and 5–9 weeks for 1-bedroom projects
  • Two-bedroom and larger projects commonly extend further because bedroom count, linen, furniture and delivery coordination scale up
  • Custom joinery, bespoke upholstery, imported lighting and renovation add fabrication / approval time
  • Building move-in permits, loading access and service-lift bookings can affect installation dates
  • Professional photography should happen only after snagging, linen setup, cable management and final styling are complete

For an accurate Bella quotation, send the Dubai community / building, studio or bedroom count, approximate area, floor plan, current photos, items already owned, DET / operator status, target guest profile, required style tier, whether appliances and OSE are required, budget and launch date. We can then separate design, furniture, soft furnishings, appliances, OSE, renovation, installation and exclusions instead of presenting one misleading 'Airbnb package' number.

Holiday Home & Airbnb Interior Design Dubai — FAQs

Questions Dubai owners ask before furnishing, renovating or listing a short-term rental.

These answers focus on the parts interior design can genuinely influence: guest usability, DET-aware furnishing, photography, durability, storage, budget and launch readiness.

01What is holiday home interior design in Dubai?

It is interior design planned specifically for short stays rather than one permanent household. The layout, furniture, lighting, curtains, storage, kitchenware, materials and styling are selected around unfamiliar guests, listing photography, repeated cleaning, DET holiday-home criteria and the operator's turnover routine.

02Is Airbnb legal in Dubai?

Short-term holiday-home activity is regulated in Dubai. Properties used as Holiday Homes must follow the Department of Economy and Tourism framework and obtain the required Holiday Home Permit. Airbnb's current Dubai hosting guidance tells hosts to add the Unit Holiday Home Permit Number to the listing after DET registration.

03What does DET require inside a Dubai holiday home?

The current DET user guide includes criteria covering Wi-Fi, blackout or privacy curtains, living and dining furniture, beds and modern mattresses, bedside furniture, wardrobes, safe boxes, spare bed linen, bathroom essentials, kitchen equipment, first aid, emergency tools, adequate lighting and other technical criteria. The exact current guide should be checked before launch.

04Does a Dubai holiday home need a smart lock?

The current DET Holiday Homes user guide states that holiday homes must comply with SIRA regulations for SIRA-approved smart locks connected to the Keyless system. The operator should confirm the live implementation and approved hardware route before purchase.

05What is the difference between Standard and Deluxe holiday homes in Dubai?

DET classifies holiday homes using Standard and Deluxe categories against its current criteria. The guide publishes different technical / furnishing criteria for the classifications and currently applies Tourism Dirham at AED 10 per room per night for Standard and AED 15 per room per night for Deluxe.

06How much does it cost to furnish an Airbnb in Dubai?

Current 2026 supplier pricing starts below AED 20,000 for some stock-led studio packages. More complete mid-spec guest-ready guidance commonly sits around AED 25,000–45,000 for studios, AED 35,000–55,000 for one-bedroom units and AED 55,000–90,000 for two-bedroom units. Design-led custom setups can be substantially higher.

07How much should I budget for a premium one-bedroom Airbnb in Dubai?

For a design-led one-bedroom with better furniture, curtains, lighting, art, kitchen accessories and styling, current Dubai market examples span roughly AED 40,000–90,000. A custom Downtown, Palm or Bluewaters property with joinery, renovation, premium appliances or designer furniture can exceed that.

08How much does holiday-home interior design cost separately from furniture?

Dubai designers use fixed fees, per-square-foot fees or a percentage of project value. Current general 2026 Dubai guidance places full-apartment design-only around AED 15,000–60,000+, while some holiday-home specialists package the design fee into the furnishing / turnkey total. Compare deliverables rather than assuming design is free because it is bundled.

09What is the best interior style for a Dubai Airbnb?

The best style depends on area and guest profile. Modern luxury works well in Downtown and Business Bay; coastal schemes suit Marina, JBR, Emaar Beachfront and Palm Jumeirah; warm organic interiors suit Dubai Hills and family-oriented communities. Consistency, photography and durability matter more than the style label.

10What colours photograph best in a holiday home?

Warm light neutrals create a useful base, then one or two stronger accent colours can give the listing identity. Waterfront units can use soft blue, sand and driftwood tones; city units can use greige, walnut and controlled black or bronze. Avoid using the same pale beige everywhere because the listing can disappear among competitors.

11What is the 70/30 rule for Airbnb interior design?

It is an informal design-balance guideline rather than an Airbnb or DET rule. Roughly 70% of the room can use a calm, durable base and 30% can introduce contrast through art, accent chairs, cushions, lamps or a feature wall. The value is that the expensive base stays easy to maintain while smaller elements can be refreshed.

12Should I use a Murphy bed in a Dubai studio Airbnb?

Only if it materially improves the layout and the mechanism is robust enough for frequent guest use. A Murphy bed adds moving parts and guest instructions, so it should create real daytime value rather than simply being used to make the listing sound flexible.

13Should a two-bedroom holiday home use twin beds or a second king bed?

A flexible second bedroom can widen the guest mix. Twin beds with a well-executed zip-and-link arrangement can serve families, friends or couples, but the bed bases, mattresses and housekeeping process need to create a convincing king configuration rather than an obvious gap.

14How important are blackout curtains in Dubai holiday homes?

Very important, and they are specifically reflected in DET's current furnishing criteria. Dubai bedrooms can receive strong daylight, so proper blackout also improves sleep quality. Living rooms often benefit from a separate sheer layer that reduces glare while preserving the view.

15How should I design owner storage for an Airbnb?

Use a lockable internal cupboard, wardrobe section or suitable joinery zone for spare linen, toiletries, cleaning stock and replacements. Avoid assuming an external balcony cupboard can simply be added; balcony, façade and AC-adjacent changes can be subject to building restrictions.

16How long does it take to furnish a Dubai holiday home?

Stock-led packages can sometimes be delivered in days once building access is arranged. Design-led turnkey specialists currently advertise around 14–20 working days for controlled scopes, while custom curtains, joinery, renovation and premium sourcing can extend studio / one-bedroom projects to roughly 4–9 weeks or more.

17Can Bella design the holiday home and then continue into renovation or fit-out?

Yes. If the unit needs more than furniture and styling, Bella can define a deeper scope covering space planning, 3D design, fixed joinery, lighting, decorative finishes, renovation, procurement and turnkey coordination. Building or developer approvals are checked separately from DET holiday-home operation.

18What should I send Bella for an Airbnb interior design quotation?

Send the Dubai community and building, studio / bedroom count, floor plan, approximate area, current photographs, view or balcony details, items already owned, DET / operator status, target guest, preferred positioning, budget, required appliances / OSE and intended launch date.
